Refund Policy

We want you to pay for EazyLearn only when it’s working for you. That’s why Creator starts with a 7-day free trial and no card. Here’s how cancelling and refunds work after that.
The short version
- Cancel any time from Manage billing. You keep your plan until the end of the period you paid for.
- Yearly plans: a full refund if you ask within 14 days of being charged.
- Monthly plans: a full refund if you ask within 7 days of a renewal you didn’t use.
- AI credit packs: a full refund within 14 days if none of the pack has been used.
- Billing mistakes are always put right.
Cancelling
Cancel any time in the app under Plans & billing → Manage billing → Cancel subscription. Nothing more is charged after that. Your plan keeps working until the end of the month or year you’ve paid for, then ends. Your courses stay in your account, and you can still open and edit them.
Refunds

| Yearly plan | A full refund if you ask within 14 days of the yearly charge, whether it was your first payment or a renewal. After 14 days, we don’t refund the rest of the year, but your plan keeps working until it ends. |
| Monthly plan | We don’t refund part of a month. But if your plan renewed and you haven’t used it since (no publishing, exporting or AI), ask within 7 days of the renewal for a full refund of that month. |
| AI credit pack | A full refund within 14 days of buying it, as long as none of its credits have been used. AI work that has already been done can’t be refunded. |
| Monthly ↔ yearly | Handled automatically: moving from yearly to monthly credits the unused part of your yearly plan toward your next bills, and moving from monthly to yearly charges only the difference. |
| Mistakes | If you were charged twice, charged after cancelling, or charged the wrong amount, we refund the difference in full, whenever you tell us. |
When a plan is refunded, it ends straight away. The monthly AI credits that come with Creator aren’t refunded on their own, since they’re part of the plan.
How to ask
Email info@eazylearn.ai from the address on your account, saying what you’d like refunded. We reply within 2 business days. Refunds go back to the card you paid with and usually show up within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your bank.
Your rights under the law
Nothing in this policy takes away rights you have under the consumer laws where you live. If those laws give you more, they apply.
