Terms of Service
Last updated October 26, 2026
These terms are the agreement between you and Jay Chun Inc., doing business as eazylearn.ai (“EazyLearn”, “we”, “us”), for using the EazyLearn course builder, its website at eazylearn.ai, and its review links (together, “the Service”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to them. If you use EazyLearn for an organization, you agree on its behalf and confirm you’re allowed to.
The short version
- Creator comes with a 7-day free trial and no card. The AI switches on when you choose the plan.
- Paid plans renew automatically every month or year until you cancel. You can cancel any time from Manage billing, and your plan keeps working until the end of the period you paid for.
- Your courses are yours. We only use them to run the Service for you.
- Check what the AI writes before you publish it.
The full terms below are what count.
1. Your account
You need an account to use the editor. You must be at least 18, or the age of majority where you live, and give us accurate details. Keep your sign-in secure: you’re responsible for what happens under your account. Tell us at info@eazylearn.ai if you think someone else has used it.
Each account is for one person. Don’t share an account between several people; for a team, contact us about a Teams plan.
2. The free trial
A new account gets 7 days of Creator free, without a card. Nothing is charged during or after the trial unless you choose a plan. The AI features start when you choose Creator: if you do that during the trial, you get the AI and your monthly credits straight away, and the trial days still run before your first payment.
When the trial ends, you can still open and edit your courses, but publishing and exporting need a paid plan. If you choose Creator during the trial, your first payment is taken when the trial ends (when there are at least two days of it left).
3. Plans, billing and renewal
Our plans and prices are shown on our pricing page and in the app. Prices are in US dollars and don’t include taxes, which we add where the law requires.
- Payment. Plans are paid in advance, monthly or yearly, by card through our payment processor, Stripe. We never see or store your full card number.
- Automatic renewal. Your plan renews automatically at the end of each period, and your card is charged the then-current price, until you cancel.
- Cancelling. Cancel any time in the app under Plans & billing → Manage billing. Cancelling stops future renewals. Your plan keeps working until the end of the period you’ve paid for, then ends.
- Switching billing. Moving from monthly to yearly takes effect at once, and you’re charged the difference for the rest of the current period. Moving from yearly to monthly also takes effect at once, and the unused part of your yearly plan is credited toward your next bills. The app shows the amount and asks you to confirm before anything is charged.
- Failed payments. If a payment fails, Stripe tries again over the following days. If it still fails, your paid features stop until the payment goes through.
- Price changes. If we raise a price, we’ll email you at least 30 days before it applies to your next renewal, so you can cancel first if you want to.
- Refunds. Our Refund Policy explains when we give money back.
4. AI credits
Creator includes 300 AI credits a month. A request uses credits by what it really costs us from our AI providers, at 100 credits to one US dollar of that cost, so a small edit uses a credit or two and a fully designed slide about 15. Your monthly credits fill up again on the same day each month, including on yearly plans. Monthly credits left at the end of a month don’t carry over.
- Credit packs cost $20 and add 1,600 credits. They’re used after your monthly credits, don’t expire while your account is open, and can only be used while you’re on Creator.
- Credits have no cash value, can’t be transferred to another account, and are only for use in EazyLearn.
- We only count answers the AI successfully delivers. Figures like “about 20 slides” are estimates: what a request costs depends on what you ask for.
- When your monthly credits and packs run out, the AI pauses until the next refill or a new pack. The rest of the editor keeps working.
5. Your content
You own the courses, text, images, audio and other material you create or upload (“your content”). You give us permission to store, copy, process and display your content only as needed to run the Service for you: for example, to save it, to send it to an AI provider when you use an AI feature, and to show a published course to the people you share it with.
You’re responsible for your content. Only upload material you have the right to use, and don’t put personal or confidential information into a course unless you’re allowed to share it.
Review links are public to anyone who has the link. Anyone you share one with can open the course and leave comments without signing in, and can pass the link on. You can take a course off the review site at any time from My courses.
6. AI-generated content
The AI features write text, design slides, make pictures and record voiceovers from what you ask for. AI can be wrong, out of date, or similar to other material. Check everything it makes before you publish or rely on it: you’re responsible for what you publish. To the extent we have any rights in what the AI makes for you, we assign them to you.
7. Acceptable use
Don’t use the Service to:
- break the law, or infringe anyone’s copyright, trademark, privacy or other rights;
- publish content that is hateful, harassing, sexually exploitative, or that promotes violence;
- spread malware, phish, or attack, overload, probe or disrupt the Service or anyone else’s systems;
- get around usage limits, payment, or security, or use someone else’s account;
- resell or sublicense access to the Service, or use it to build a competing service;
- use the AI features to make content their providers forbid.
We may remove content or suspend an account that breaks these rules. Where it’s reasonable, we’ll tell you first and give you a chance to fix it.
8. Other services we rely on
The Service uses other companies to work: Vercel (hosting and storage), Clerk (sign-in), Stripe (payments), Upstash (usage records), and Anthropic and Google (AI features). Our Privacy Policy explains what each receives. Their own terms apply to their parts of the Service, such as Stripe’s checkout pages.
The EazyLearn editor’s source code is also available under its own open-source licence. That licence covers the code; these terms cover the hosted Service, your account and your plan.
9. Changes and availability
We keep improving EazyLearn and may add, change or remove features. If we remove something central to a paid plan, we’ll tell you in advance. We aim to keep the Service running but can’t promise it will always be available or free of errors. Keep your own copies of important courses: the editor lets you save a project file at any time.
10. Ending your account
You can stop using EazyLearn and ask us to delete your account at any time by emailing info@eazylearn.ai. Cancel your plan first so it doesn’t renew. We may suspend or close an account that seriously or repeatedly breaks these terms, or doesn’t pay. After an account is closed, we delete its data as described in our Privacy Policy.
11. Disclaimers
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the fullest extent the law allows, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We don’t promise that courses made with EazyLearn will work in every learning management system, or that the AI’s output will be accurate.
12. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, we aren’t liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue or data. Our total liability for any claim about the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, or $50 if that is more.
Some places don’t allow these limits, so they may not all apply to you. Nothing in these terms limits liability that can’t be limited by law.
13. Indemnity
If someone makes a claim against us because of your content or your breach of these terms, you agree to cover our reasonable costs of dealing with it, including legal fees.
14. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Disputes will be heard in the state or federal courts located in Orange County, California, unless the law where you live gives you the right to bring a claim there.
15. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. For significant changes, we’ll email you or tell you in the app at least 30 days before they take effect. If you keep using the Service after that, the new terms apply. If you don’t agree, cancel your plan and stop using the Service.
